About Dr. Sultan Shaikh
Dr. Sultan Shaikh is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and HR Manager of Tekgen Technical Institute,
hands-on experience in industrial safety and risk assessment.where he also serves as Lead Trainer and NVQ Assessor. He combines a Ph.D. in Sustainable Environment with extensive professional practice in HSE and sustainability education to deliver internationally recognized training programs.
As HR Manager, he manages the entire recruitment cycle including structured interviews, issuing offer letters to interns and applicants, and overseeing onboarding. In addition, he acts as a Professional Development Coordinator, guiding interns and junior staff, organizing webinars and seminars, advising as a Foreign Admissions Consultant, and managing Tekgen’s social media presence and website.
