• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or acceptance of an approved installment plan.
• Students must provide accurate information during registration.
• Tekgen reserves the right to reject or cancel enrolment for misconduct, non-compliance, or false information.

3. Course Delivery

• Courses may be delivered on-site, online, or in blended formats.
• Tekgen may reschedule classes, change trainers, or adjust delivery methods with prior notice if required.

4. Certification

• Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the course and assessment.
• External certification delays (by awarding bodies) may occur; students will be informed accordingly.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, presentations, and digital content are the intellectual property of Tekgen Technical Institute.
• Copying, sharing, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.

6. Student Conduct

• Students must maintain professionalism and adhere to institute rules.
• Any misconduct may lead to dismissal from the course without refund.

7. Fees and Payments

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per agreed terms.
• Tekgen may withhold certificates or access if payment is pending.
• Prices may change, but agreed fees at time of registration will be honored.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Tekgen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation, platform issues, or third-party certification delays.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan.
