Foreign Admission & Scholarship Consultancy Registration Form

1. Scope of Services

Services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee admission or scholarship. All sessions are personalized and based on the applicant’s academic and professional profile. The consultancy includes advice, editing, and application support but final submission responsibility remains with the applicant unless filing service is selected (Silver/Gold).

2. Session Validity

All sessions must be utilized within 30 days of payment. Unused sessions will not be carried forward or refunded.

3. Document Confidentiality

All client information and uploaded documents (e.g., CVs, SOPs) will be kept confidential and used solely for consultancy purposes.

4. Turnaround Times

Document review or editing typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of receipt. Scholarship filing (Silver/Gold) will be done in consultation with the applicant to meet deadlines, but advance submission of all documents is required.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking. International clients must ensure any bank transfer or PayPal fees are covered from their end.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided once services have commenced or documents have been reviewed. Partial refunds will only be considered if no sessions or services have been delivered within 7 days of payment.

7. Client Responsibility

The applicant is responsible for providing accurate and truthful academic documents and information. Tekgen will not be responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or false information.

8. Communication

All communication will be conducted via WhatsApp, Email, or Zoom. Support timelines (e.g., 7 or 15 days) begin from the first session date or first document review, whichever comes earlier.
